Hello, I am from India and planning to visit Haikou from Hongkong, Can I have the port visa at Haikou or Hongkong? . Can I have any link/portal to apply for? OR any pre-appointment for the port visa? Please let me know asap.Looking for the reply.Thank youDilipThank you

Port visa is currently not available. If you travel only within Hainan Island, you can apply for 30-day Hainan visa-free travel permit, which can be obtained upon arrival at Haikou; in the case, your hotel orders in Hainan and flight ticket leaving the island will be required.
