Student visa and 10 years visa for my self and husband. Also, China still need the COVID -19 Test before going to Shanghai.

At present, you can only apply for it at the NY China consulate in person. You need to fill in the application form online, make an  appointment and lodge the submission on that reserved day in person. PCR test is not needed anymore and you only need to prepare a self-testing antigen test.
