visa validity

Question

Can you advise from what date is the China Visa valid.  Ie. is the visa granted from the date it is processed or from the date of the propsed travel.  What if my plans change and i have to fly out at later date as what was originally planned?

Generally, it is valid from the date of issuing. So it is suggested to apply for a visa 1 month in advance and no more than 3 months. Usually, the duration of stay is at most 30 days and there is no problem if you change the plan but leaving China before the end of 30 days.
