If your child keep a foreign passport, he/she needs to apply for a Chinese visa and fill in the application form via (cova.mfa.gov.cn) and make an appointment through avas.mfa.gov.cn.If your child has a Chinese passport, a China Travel Document is needed. Download the form on the official website of China Embassy of Malaysia.
