Good day Sirs.I'm trying to reach your office via landlines and email enquiring about my documents.I have posted my documents via postnet and your office received and signed off the documents by the 20th April 2023. The postnet guy was not provided with the collection date.I'm now panicking since I can't seem to get hold of anyone in your office. According to the postnet tracking script, Patrick signed and accepted my document early morning of Thursday the 20th.Can you please help.

I'm sorry, but first, this is not the official website of embassies but it only offers some information. Second, as I know, mailed applications are generally not acceptable. You need to make an appointment and apply it in person to Chinese Visa Application Centers. Good luck to you!
