Dear Richard,

To tell You the truth, all overseas visitors are not compulsory to apply for visa to Hainan according to official policy .You can fly to Haikou with your valid passport .

Hello Richard,
Singapore is eligible under Hainan's Visa Free Entry Policy. You can hold your ordinary passport and register at the port of entry on arrival.
