What are the requirements for a Singaporean traveling from Hong Kong to Macau for holidays?

Are there any pre-departure Covid tests needed and/or Chinese visa requirements?

Both Hong Kong and Macao have not opened to overseas tourists yet. For those going there for emergencies, pre-departure covid tests are required.
