Z visa age restrictions

Hi,
Can I get a little more detail about the flexibility with z visa age restrictions? I'm 62 with an MA and over 20 years university teaching experience. What is the category I could tell a prospective employer to help with in order to get the Z visa?

Thank you

Nowadays, the age restrictions for working visas are not that strict. If you could get over 60 points, it is still possible to get the work visa.
