About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

I want to move permanently to guangxi,china..

Do i apply for a canadian passport from the city i live in (saskatoon),then travel to calgary to get the visa?How long is the processing time and can i leave as soon as possible .Are there any restrictions because of covid-19?

Yes, you need to first get a passport and then travel to Calgary to get the visa. The processing time is usually four working days. However, because of the covid-19, I'm afraid you cannot apply for this kind of visa currently.
