About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

May I check whether the Embassy of PRC still issues Z visa now for Singapore Citizens, please?

Yes, if you have a residence permit based on Z visa that expired after March 28, 2020, or you have a PU or TE invitation letter, you can try to apply for a Z visa.
