can q2 visitor holder enter china now from september 29, 2020?

I am a Canadian citizen holding a your Q2 visa. Lately I heard Q2 visa holder is allowed the entry to PRC now starting from September 28, 2020. Is the news true? Just to confirm with you. Thanks!

I'm afraid not, because only those with a temporary residence permit of China will be allowed to enter, but in normal cases, a Q2 visa holder does not have a temporary residence permit.
