is jade dragon snow mountain cable car under maintenance ?

I have a trip to visit Jade dragon snow mountain on 24 dec 2019, but my tour guide said that we can’t reach the top of Jade Dragon Snow mountain because the cable car is under maintenance. Is it true? Can anyone confirm? Because i already paid certain amount of money to my tour guide. Im quite suspicious about what he said. Thank you

Well, I didn't found the related information about the cable car maintenance. When you arriving at the scenic area, you are suggested to consult the staff at the entrance.
