Hi. My flight arrive at 23.15, is there any train/bus to campanile hotel Xian bell&drum tower?

Yes, you can take shuttle bus line of Xishaomen to Airport Business Hotel (Xi'an Airport Bus Departure Station Xishaomen) , then take taxi to your hotel.
