About:China Embassy in Thailand

Transit visa in Shanghai airport

We are flying from BKk to JFK transit 3 hrs at Shanghai airport by China Southern airlines. We are thai citizen.
Do we need to apply transit visa? Any exemption transit visa for Thai?
Pls advise.
