Hello! Work Permit

My wife is Chinese and we are currently under Q1 intending to wait those 5 years and follow the rules to get the Permanent Residence.
My only question is I don't have any degrees because i used to work in constructions before..after i get my permanent residence through Q1 is it possible for someone like me to obtain a Work permit?

You do not need (and cannot get) a work permit after getting PR (assuming your application is approved), however PR status just means less paperwork and your job-hunting will still be limited due to other factors (e.g., construction is still very much Chinese-only at this point).

It is possible Wagner depending on the years of experience you had back home and the salary you will be paid in China. You will have to apply under the tier C category for foreign work permit and you must score at least 60 points.

You must find a company that is willing to sponsor you.

Good luck!
