About:Chinese Embassy in Brunei

Im Malaysia pasport holder.

I am malaysia passport holder and I am a Permanent Residence of Brunei, do I Have to apply visa to go to Guangzhou? and if needed, my recent picture for entry permit is using Songkok, can I still use it for my visa?

Yes, you need to apply for visa for visiting Guangzhou. If the picture was taken within recent 6 months, you can use it then.
