X2-->X1

Hello
So basically it says on my JW202 it's from August to February. And if I book a flight from August 1st to Feb 28th it's exactly 180days, can I get an X1 visa?

My plan is to book and apply with my flight copy and then cancel my booking. Because the semester actually ends on January 26th.

Any thoughts? How risky is it?
