About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm transiting from Canada to India stopping in China next flight is 4 hours later ,

Do i need to apply for a 72 hour free transit?

If you are transiting in a qualifying city of free transit policy, you can apply for 24h twov for the 4-hour transit. Nice trip.
