About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am canadian and im flying from Canada to Beijing then to Tokyo, How do i get the 144 hours transit

How do I get the 144 hours transit instead of the 72 hours?

There is no 72 hours visa-free in that city anymore, only 24 and 144 hours.
