transit visa for filipino citizen

Hi, I will be having a 7 hours layover in Guangzhou Baiyun Int'l Airport. (MNL-CAN-DXB) I'm a Philippine Passport Holder and my outward flight (last destination is Dubai, UAE). I have a valid UAE Residence Visa.My question is, can I go outside the Airport and tour Guangzhou City during my layover (5 hours maximum)??Thank you.

You are eligible for the 24 hr direct transit in Guangzhou and you can go outside the Airport and tour Guangzhou City. Nice trip.
