About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Italian and flying from Rome to Shanghai, nanjing, guangzhou and thailand

Hello
My trip is Rome-Shanghai-Nanjing (by train) - stay in Nanjing 24 hrs and then Nanjing-Guangzhou-Koh Samui
Can i apply 72 hours visa? Or i must make the other 72 hours free transit in Guangzhou?

Hi, you won't qualify for 72 hours free transit in mainland China for it only allows the traveler to transit in one Chinese city. Then you should apply for a visa in advance.
