Layover in PVG

Hi - I am a Peruvian citizen with U.S. Permanent Resident status. I am traveling from LAX to HKG with a layover in PVG. The layover is approximately 4 hours. Do I need a transit visa?

Oh, you don't need a visa because you are eligible for the 24h visa-free policy.
