About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Dutch passport holder, visiting vietnam for vacation and needing to do student visa to china

I am a dutch passport holder and i am visiting vietnam, I have applied and have been accepted into Fudan university for their summer session and currently I am waiting for the acceptance letter. By the time i have the acceptance letter i will be in vietnam, will i be able to apply for a chinese visa once i am in vietnam? If possible is it better for me to apply for the visa in Ho chi min city or Hanoi?

Syman, it's possible for you to make the application in Vietnam. You need to submit the application to the embassy or the consulate where your living area belongs to.
