Apply for working Z type from Budapest

Hello, I'm a Colombian living in budapest for the last 8 months in an internship in TCS with Aiesec. I found a very good offer in Shenzhen and I require a working / Business visa valid for at least one year, my residence in Hungary is valid until August. Can I apply for this type from here? And where can I find the information on the documents needed for the application and how long does it take to issue the visa ?.
