About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

My fiance and I are traveling back to the USA from the Philippines.

She is on a fiance visa and I have a US passport do we both need transit visas for a 3 hour layover or not?

Tyler, if your travel route is Philippines-mainland China(3 hours)-USA, no transit G type will be needed because you are eligible for the 24 hour free transit.
