Hi I am working in Tokyo right now from last 5 months. How can I apply for a tourist visa for 3 days?

Amit, you should first prepare the relevant documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a filled-out application form, a passport-style photo, your work permit in Japan, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record. Next, submit the application to the CVASC to apply for the tourist L type.
