as an earth rooster, is my outlook as bleak as it seems for 2017?

2017 seems particularly bleak for people with this sign and I'm hoping that it's not as dire as I'm imagining it to be.  I'm currently unemployed and looking for a new job opportunity.  Finances are a mess as I'm racking up credit card debt because of a lack of income.  I had hoped that 2017 was going to be My Year and things would start to turn around for me.  I've been in a relationship with people with the same sign for 4 years and now I'm reading that this could also turn sour.  Yikes!  Is there anything I can look forward to this year?
