Will we be able to see the Haiyang Ginkgo forest with colourful leaves in january 1st to 12th?

Or how will be the scene of forest?

I am afraid that the leaves may have fallen by January. You will see a winter scene then. The best time to see the ginkgo forest lasts from mid November to early December. :)
