How does one access the answer?

I got an email saying that my question had "been replied by Benjamin at Nov. 21 2016 21:09:25. I followed the link and looked all over but could not find the reply. I tried searching answers. Recent answers skipped from several hours ago today (Nov.22) back to Nov. 19. Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but I cannot find the answer at this link.

I just tried the link you provided and found the question and answer at the end of that page. The answer given by Benjamin said: Frank, you can apply for an S1 type for China, and then you can get a residence permit in China. The residence permit can allow you to enter and exit China for multiple times within its validity.
