The required documents include your passport, a copy of its photo page, a completely filled-out application form affixed with your recent bare-headed photo, the original and photocopy of your permanent residence card in Spain, and an invitation letter from your business partner in China. The fee is 106.55 euros if you apply for a single entry business M type visa the CVASC in Madrid.
