About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I use the 144hr visa or do I need to get a type M business M type?

Hi,
I plan to leave London to fly to Shanghai for a conference but get a connecting flight in Paris. I then return 5 days later leaving Shanghai to Amsterdam then getting a connecting flight back to London. Would this still class as a return trip despite transiting through different airports? Many thanks

Hi Katherine, actually you have two legs of trip. The first is: London to Shanghai to Paris. The second is: Paris to Shanghai to Amesterdam to London. Both legs qualify for the 144-hour free transit.
