what documents are required for applying student visa

I am an indian student going to china for studying i just wanna know  what documents are required for applying chinese student X type entry permit? do i need to submit physical examination report and flight ticket too ?Thanks

Which class you are going for in category of X , In X2 type you dont need any medical/Physical examination certificate, just get your previous educational documents attested, financial support, an Invitation letter from the University (you are applying for) and form JW202/201 (It will be sent to you by the Univeristy with Invitation Letter). X2 is for less than 180 days X1 is for more than 180 day, and for X1 I think medical/Physical examination certificate is required!
