About:Guangzhou - Shenzhen High Speed Train

Best way to go from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for US citizen; is a separate visa required?

You can use MTR (East Rail Line) for this trip, get off at Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau for passport control and then entering mainland. You need a visa to enter China mainland.
