Yes, you are eligible for the 144 hour free transit and 72 hour free transit in Shanghai and Beijing respectively. Remember that your flight cann't stop in other Chinese cities when you use the 72h free transit in Beijing. And it can't stop in cities outside Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai when using the 144h free transit in Shanghai.
