working hours for application and collect passport

Hi,
Good morning.
May I know what time the counter open for apply visa and collection time?

Audrey, the embassy is open between Monday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00, except holidays.
After you submit the application, it usually takes 4 working days to process it.
