voa at guangzhou

I am Australian. Can I get VOA at Guangzhou to attend the Canton Fair? How I can board the airplane if no visa stamped on my passport?thanks

Ahmad, you cannot get VOA in Guangzhou. If you don’t have valid entry permit on your passport, I’m afraid you cannot board the plane. If you want to attend Canton Fair there, you should apply for a tourist L type or business M type ahead of your trip.
