About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

Coming to China from Japan.

Hi, I am an Indonesian currently living in Japan. I have a Japanese residence card. Can I come directly to Beijing from Japan or I have to go back to my home country? If I can, what are the requirements to issue a tourist visa? Thank you.

Of course you can go to PRC directly from Japan. To apply for the tourist L type entry permit, you need to prepare: 1. your passport and a copy of its information page; 2. a completely filled application form glued with a bare-headed color photo; 3. the original and photocopy of your residence card; 4. round-trip tickets and hotel booking records.
