Can i fly without a visa ?

I arrive from sydney in guangzhou, then board a connecting flight to hangzhou, and then take the plane to amsterdam. I stay only on the airports and will be less then 24 hours in China. Can i use a 24 hrs visa or is a visa not needed ?

You are eligible to the 24h visa-free policy. No visa is needed. :) But if wanting to leave either airport, don't forget to apply for the stay permit at Baiyun Airport.
