Hello, I am Jean from Philippines. I have a friend in Beijing, he is an Italian citizen, he is living in Beijing, China - since 1994; he would like invite me to have a vacation in Beijing for a period long 3 months. could you tell m  the complete list of the documents he must provide to me. And that me i will apply to your embassy to have the entry visa to visit my Italian friend in beijing and stay in his home for a  period of three months.Thank youSent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Jean, he needs to provide an invitation letter for you and inside the invitation letter, he should state clear that you will stay in his house when you go to Beijing. In this case, the hotel reservation and round trip air tickets may not be required.Besides, copies of his residence permit and passport may be required, too.
