About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Planning a trip to DPRK (which departs from Beijing). Can I get waiver?

Will be flying to Beijing to join tour (staying 2 nights in Beijing) and then 3 nights in Beijing after DPRK tour before return flight to UK. Will I qualify for waiver or will I need a double entry visa?

Simon, your routes are fine. However, you are required to provide onward air ticket proof and valid entry permit to DPRK when you arrive in Beijing and apply for 72 hours free transit. If you have these two documents, you can enjoy 72 hours free transit. For your return trip, the route is ok too.
