Well, some small shops will be closed New Year's Eve and the first three days of the lunar year. Then many shops may open on the fourth day. And the opening hours are like normal days. In general, it opens from 09:00 to 21:00.
But for large shopping malls and supermarkets, they won't be closed even during Chinese New Year. Don't worry.
