i'm planning to visit guangzhouhold indian passportdue to holidays from 1st oct

Question

Visiting Canton fair 2015 somehow missed to apply in time and have flight on 12th October from Delhi. China High Commission is closed from 1st to 7th followed by weekend. Arriving mainland at Guangzhou Baiyun airport and somehow looks difficult to apply for visa. Need help and want to know can I get an entry permit on arrival or any other expedite way for doing this.Pradeep Ahuja

Hi Pradeep, you can also fly to Hongkong, apply for the visa there, it generally takes 1-2 days,from the China Visa Travel Service. From Hkg travel to Guangzhou by train, takes max 2 hrs. I guess in your case this is the simplest solution. Plus you get a couple of days in Hkg.
