insufficent balance error

while i withdraw the money it shows insufficient balance,,, but i have enough amount in my Debit card,, please tell me whats the problem,, i place my ATM in china construction bank

As for your case, there are two possibilities:1. Your debit card may have no Chinese Yuan (RMB) account, so the result only shows the balance of RMB. 2. The ATM may have no enough balance. In this case, you should ask the bank staff for help. If not the above cases, you may consult the bank directly. Here is the international hotline of the bank: 95533. Good luck!
