About:China Visa Application in UK

"Z" type for China

Hi,
Can anybody help please? I've looked on numerous websites but cant seem to find any answers.
I'm a UK Citizen, currently in New Zealand but will be applying for my visa for China whist in Australia.
I plan to hopefully get a job teaching English there and understand that I can apply for a "Z" type if I get a job offer???
Anybody applied for this type and can give me any advice regarding it?
Thanks in advance :-)

Hi Rita, it is right. You should get a Z type. After you get the job offer, ask your boss to get a work permit as well as an invitation letter from duly authorized unit for you. Then you can start to apply for the Z type. If possible, please apply from your home country or a country you stay for a relatively long time.
