About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hi.. I'm a New Zealander traveling ,Can I get a visitors visa to China from Hongkong?

Nowadays, it's not easy to get mainland China entry permit from Hong Kong any longer for foreigners without HK residence permit. So I suggest you get it before your travel or in other nearby countries.
