extension of a tourist l visa

Hi!I am currently visiting a collage in Guizou province. How can I find the nearest PSB? And is there any way of presenting the collage as the residence?

Well, Ohad, could you tell me the college's name? 'Cause I'm not sure about the detailed location. In addition, if you want to prove that you resides in the college, you can ask the college to give you a letter stating this.
