About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

If I go to china with tourist Visa, how can i change to S1 type without going back to my country?

Cerise, I think you have very little chance of chaning your L into S1 without leaving. Anyway, you can visit local entry and exit management bureau to confirm whether you will be required to apply abroad.
