About the transportation, there is no direct flight between these two places. And BD City doesn't have airport. So you have to arrive at Beijing International Airport first. After arriving, take direct long-distance bus at PEK to BD. The bus duration is 3.5 hours. And the ticket fare is CNY 95 per person. As far as I know, it's a civilized city. And people there are friendly. So you don't worry about the safety problem.
