About:How to Apply for a China Visa

citizenship number? I am Texas Resident, US citizen.

What should I put in the form my local ID/Citizenship number? what about for my children who don't have a driver license.

Brewer, social security number and driver license number are both ok. Your children musth ave their social security numbers, right?
