How do I apply for a multiple entry L class visa with max stay duration as 90 days?

Min, usually duration of each stay is just 30 days. But you can try to apply for that from Chinese embassy. The requirements are almost the same.

You should prepare the required documents, such as your passport, a copy of the passport's data page, a filled-out application form glued with your recent half-length color photo, and an invitation letter from your trade partner in China. Then go to the embassy or consulate to submit the application. If you have obtained M types before, the copies shall be submitted as well.
